Disability Opportunities Victoria Inc, formed in 2005, was previously known as Wongabeena Association which has operated since 1964. It is a progressive and client focused disability service which offers programs and support for children and adults who reside within the Mornington Peninsula Shire and the City of Frankston.

One of the aims of the organisation is to help support people who have a disability to gain experience in the work environment in structured work based programs.

While also offering a range of community, leisure and respite services to give clients the opportunity to mix with the local community and interact with local community members.
